YOGA BREATHING

There are many types of breaths we can take during our yoga practice; one that is used frequently is called “UJJAYI”; the intention of this type of breathing is to focus the mind during practise and stimulate the vagus nerve, which signals happiness to our body.

TRY IT NOW:

Sit up tall with your eyes closed. Lengthen and deepen your inhalation and exhalation breaths at an even pace. It is that simple to feel more at peace and calming….why not try this several times a day, and combine it with yoga practise several times a week?

BENEFITS OF YOGA

Just reading another article about the benefits of yoga; there are so many:

Studies are showing yoga is beneficial in preventing:
